Youth Participation in Research (ongoing project)

This project is a VOICE effort to lobby for the greater youth participation in the research process on all projects that concern young people. We believe that the new standard for research on youth should at least include youth as participants and, at best, as co-researchers. We are currently in contact with the Council on Research Ethics (CORE), the Tri-Council Funding Agencies of Research in Canada (SSHRC, NSERC, and CIHR), as well as academic journals and media organisations across Canada.
