Know Your Rights: Climate Change Workshop (ongoing project)

This project will take place in Montreal with LOVE Quebec, an organization that provides a safe afterschool space for vulnerable kids in Montreal, throughout the Fall of 2026. It was created out of recognition of the doom-centred narrative presented around the ongoing climate crisis. The aim of the project is to refocus climate education to local-action-oriented education through a series of workshops that introduce young people to grassroots-level environmental organizations in Montreal. We apply a Childhood Ethics framework to climate change education by enabling young people as agents of change in the climate crisis.
